Hi, I am Krzysztof
I’m a Solution Architect with 20+ years of system engineering and building software systems across industries including automotive, telecommunication, fintech and healthtech.
My career began as a Java developer, evolved through project leadership and feature design, and naturally progressed into architecting scalable, end-to-end solutions. I specialize in aligning technology with business goals and turning complex requirements into reliable, maintainable systems.
I have hands-on experience delivering cloud-native and on-prem solutions, with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, data mesh architectures, DataOps, machine learning, and generative AI. My focus is on building systems that scale, integrate effectively, and create measurable business value.
Recent work
Recent work includes designing an intelligent medical voicebot that interviews patients and supports professional medical staff with AI-driven diagnosis and treatment recommendations, powered by AI agents and proprietary ML engine.
I also contribute to architecting a cloud-based data mesh platform that processes diagnostic data streams from over 30k+ medical instruments worldwide, enabling scalable and ulta fast analytics.
I’m passionate about continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior engineers and architects. I enjoy collaborating with cross functional teams to solve challenging problems and drive innovation through pragmatic architecture decisions.
