Hi, I am Krzysztof
I’m a Solution Architect with 20+ years of system engineering and building software systems across industries including automotive, telecommunication, fintech and healthtech.
My career began as a Java developer, evolved through project leadership and feature design, and naturally progressed into architecting scalable, end-to-end solutions. I specialize in aligning technology with business goals and turning complex requirements into reliable, maintainable systems.
I have hands-on experience delivering cloud-native and on-prem solutions, with strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, data mesh architectures, DataOps, machine learning, and generative AI. My focus is on building systems that scale, integrate effectively, and create measurable business value.
Recent work
Recent work includes leading the design of an intelligent medical voicebot that conducts structured patient interviews and augments clinical decision-making with AI-driven diagnostic and treatment recommendations.
I also contribute to the architecture of a global cloud-based data mesh platform processing diagnostic data from over 30,000 medical instruments, ingesting terabytes of data daily. The platform delivers scalable, high-performance analytics and enables real-time monitoring, proactive issue detection, quality assurance, and cross-functional performance insights.
I’m passionate about continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and mentoring junior engineers and architects. I enjoy collaborating with cross functional teams to solve challenging problems and drive innovation through pragmatic architecture decisions.
